1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a dealer with Bliss Agro India Pvt. Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Dealer Eligibility

You must provide accurate business details, a valid WhatsApp number for OTP verification, and upload required documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN, GST certificate, or bank details) to complete your registration.

3. Use of Information

All information you provide will be used for dealer verification, business communication, and legal compliance. We may contact you on WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding dealership activities.

4. Dealer Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and up-to-date business details.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable agricultural and trade regulations.
• Not misuse Bliss Agro’s brand name, products, or marketing material without permission.
• Maintain ethical business practices while selling our products (fertilizers, agrochemicals, etc.).

5. Termination of Dealership

Bliss Agro India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend dealership rights if the dealer provides false information, breaches these Terms, or engages in unethical/illegal practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bliss Agro India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from dealership activities. Dealers are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Dealers will be notified of significant changes via email or WhatsApp.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Sangli/Maharashtra].
